My favorite part of all of this is the D-Class that was allowed to keep the pirate hat. A surprisingly wholesome decision by the Foundation. I hope he wore it into all future tests after that.

I always love and enjoy the small moments when a D class requests something like that and the foundation accepts it. My favorite is "requested: a hug." "Request: approved" I know that wasn't a D class, it was the the unwilling dimension hopper but still ended up being a definite favorite of mine.

I think my favourite Food SCP, or I guess Plant related SCP that is technically a food item is SCP-504: Critical Tomatoes. Basically, if you tell them a really bad joke, they will fly towards the target who said the joke. The worse the joke, the faster they go. And yes, they are able to kill people.

These cookies are currently under investigation for the spontaneous effect of tasting exactly like the cookies the individual partaking in them’s Grandmother (specifically on their mothers side) and then transporting the individual to the first space and time they imbibed a cookie that matches SCP 6648 Current D-Class testing must come with a full family history work and psychological testing as no individuals who enjoyed the cookies have returned from the supposed time period they have been sent. Current test parameters on D-Vlass with a background of adoption underway.

Ya know I think horror related to food is rather effective. You don’t have to look to hard on KZbin for people eating disturbing amounts of food, and the fears of food poisoning and contamination plague people’s minds constantly. The one food scp that always stood out for me, ESPECIALLY since it was one of the earliest ones I learned about, was SCP-871, which are 237 instances of cake that respawn when eaten, and which each instance will spawn another anomalous cake near itself if not eaten by a human within 24 hours. This scip is quite an interesting mixture of both ridiculous and horrifying. The ridiculous aspect should be obvious, but the terrifying part is that a single instance, if left unchecked, will make the earth uninhabitable within 80 days. Now, what if, for some reason, one of these instances ended up in a place where it couldn't be retrieved?

The bag of holding potatoes is unironically some of my favorite SCPs. Firstly I like how well it fits in thematically. It’s something that isn’t inherently dangerous. It is however inexplicable and has sinister undertones. A great piece of world building. I also think the log is fun. It’s not some hapless d-class or members of the mole rats get fucked up for our viewing pleasure. It’s a more mundane human drama with some fun characters. In short, it follows standard scp format in a not so standard way.

Has anyone ever tried using SCP 294 (the Coffee Machine) to collect the goop eclusive to SCP 3000 (Ananthashesha)? I feel like that is a missed opportunity, considering how valuable it is, and how hard it is to get. Maybe there;s a story about it?
