Good. But I want share some info. 1. SAIL... Steel Authority of India . Stock yard. Caters for whole of Telangana and pt of Karnataka. 2. COncor... container corporation of india. In colabration with railway, carries goods to& from Hyderabad,, to various ports. It is not manufacturing unit. Its just loading/unloading point. 3. Vishaka asbestos manufacturing unit. 4. Tata steel bulk yard 5. Nagulapally rly stn. Going to be developed as west terminus of Hyb, to reduce rly traffic into the city. It is one of 4 new terminals proposed for Hyderabad. Charlapally, Nagulapally, Medchal, and Thimmapur. Charlapally, development is in ful swing. Next we can hope for Nagulapally. Demand is there, delayed due to funds. So it is going to be busy Hub.

But one fact is we cannot compare unplanned city with planned city that's happening near mokila .All villa projects less crowded area less polluted and once all roads are done no land would be available as most of them are in 111 GO ,u will find this kind of area very rarely in Hyderabad after 3 to 4 areas with apartments coming here and there....like manikonda,alkapur,nizampet ..ameenpur.....these areas might be near but in 3 to 5 years these will be over crowded....and when. Lingampally to shankarpally MMTS takes into shape....bcz of R1 zones .....then this area may be more livable....so we are seeing hyped prices here.....

Too far away from ORR, there are much better areas adjacent to the ORR and close ti Financial District. with much better living conditions. No polluting factories, no railway tracks like this area.

Sir Nice video but can you explain the point where the shankarapally is coming to a point in RRR then the shortest path from shankarapally(RRR) to patancheru(ORR) ...is it showing any advantage.

Ohh....this is the railway track which divides few villages this side n few other side..... To reach Mokila I think some other route is there itseems ..... don't know Good effort 👍clearly understood....

I see you and others always promoting these shankarpalli, mokilla, kollur. I remember similar kind of hype given to adhibatla but now no one is talking about it. Similarly in pocharam.

There is one more railway gate at edulnagulapally which connects upper and lower . That will be the fastest to reach from velimela to kollur exit through rr7 extension But it is really helpfull for people to see the current situation with your video

A big NO to Sultanpur because Hyderabad north do not have as many work places as west or south. So the prices will always grow lower in northern Hyderabad.
