Try to do pull ups with weight , for stronger jab use 3 - 5 kg. For hook u can practice with another machine to work on exosivness . Basically add to every thing weight and then remove . Of course in this case its science . Speed + mass = power . So work on speed too . And of course you need to.gain muscles and some weight for more mass effect (but it can also slow you down)

I have Jacobs beating David before 5rds!!! Now vs Eubank jr, that's also very good explosive because Jr fights as if he's possessed by something unknown lol.. Also like he's upset with the world..
