This was great, you made some very valid points. I have tried dieting the low-fat way and I can tell you it made me so depressed and angry, it was really bad. Thanks for all that you share with us, I wish there were more like you.

thank you. Since I switched to low carb, higher fat and protein, my body weight and shape have stayed very stable and I have much better health and energy levels too.

low fat diets are the biggest myth ever promoted , I reading Nina tiecholz book and I’ve never looked back health wise since I ditched low fat advice ..never realised it would of affected my teeth , I wasn’t much of a sugar addict m more the savoury biscuits , bread , pasta etc , I was a TOFI, thin on outside fat on inside ..I rarely at the good fats . since I’ve embraced good fats and ditched all processed foods I’ve reversed my NAFLD , muscle aches and pains , it was too late my 6 extractions . I never realised too many high carb processed foods like bread and cereals lead to insulin resistance because not one of my doctors was trained in nutrition , I learnt this from professionals like yourself who took the time to research more than they were taught in medical school ….thanks for the video

I am not a doctor or dentist but like you I am very interested not only in my own house with my teeth and the rest of my body but I want all of my friends to live to be 100 years old at the very least lol and anybody I come in contact with guess the same works for me, I appreciate your videos

I think like teeth health people don't eat at the right times and the rights foods. Intermittent fasting too. Snacking is bad. Meats, fish, healthy fruits like strawberries and apples. I heard that certain cheeses are good for teeth. My grandfather always had an apple with cheese for desert in the early evening and he never lost his teeth. Organic butter is good too. Also fermented foods like sauerkraut.

Fats are an energy source for the body the important thing I think to remember is not to consume these processed fats that are pushed upon us by big fat corporations, who’s only interest is in fattening up their coffers lol another thing I wanted to mention was some rice cakes I found out quite a while ago that rice cakes actually have a higher glycemic index and sugar, just an aside
