Fascinated by this channel. Is this nihilism? There is a ripping apart of the invisible thread. Non-duality appears to be a love for obliterating every 'next thought' before it can deceive us by becoming personal. Hey, absolutely love your videos!! I know “advice” isn’t something you can really offer regarding nonduality, per se, but do you have any advice/experience regarding feelings of doubt or fear of “going back to normal” after this is seen? I know that’s a story, but there’s this anxiousness lingering around that the “me” thought loops will come back :/

Habitual thoughts can still appear. I mean it may not, there's no predicting but it's kind of likely that they would. The feeling of doubt or fear is just what's arising for no-one.

Suzanne, I have listened to you for quiet some time. I have been reading & studying for the last 20 years. I get you. I get what you seem to say. But I do not from you is the "how" one gets to where you are. The stage of "non duality". Is there a way or it happens by itself? There must be a time when you were where I am. What happened that the "I" dropped? What can I do to drop it?

There's already no-one there to do or not to do. Everything is appearing to happen on it;s own. There is no way or path to already wholeness, already just the empty aliveness of this, EVERYTHING is this... already. It's painfully ordinary. There's nothing to get. Nothing can be added or subtracted from this because all of it is this. Including the belief or sense that there is an 'I.'

@@suzanne-chang Hi Suzanne. As I have told u before I read quiet a number of books about liberation and enlightenment written by people like u who to me have crossed the veil. I have just finished reading two books by Nathan Hill: "Already Awake and Being:the bottom line". He is teaching exactly what u teach or not teaching. Through his teaching and yours i have to think that many teachers teach ftom a position of duality. That there is something we must do. Nathan & u say, there is nobody here. And therefore there is nothing one does. There are no false or true teachers because there is no one-----there only being. And everything happens or is being. There are no mistakes---there's simply this. Wow! Have read Nathan Hill books. Or which books could you recommend.
