I'm trying different DIY hair regimes and my hair started off good with little to no breakage now my hair is breaking off again I do a hair masque treatment and shampoo and condition once a month. My question is how often should I shampoo and deep condition my hair?

I no longer do DIY’s because my hair fell out from Ayurvedic DIY’s. Be careful with protein overload. It may be best to use simple store bought products.
