People forget zaku2 melee. Isn’t fully melee his attacks shoot a slash beam. He has the same range as gundam exia shuriken things. It’s also possible to MULTI hit in a single slash if you angle the attack you can hit the enemy with both the slash beam and the actual melee

Also zaku 2s attacks go through multiple enemies while barbatos range got nerfed and can only attack one person at once most of the time unless you charge. Also zaku 2 can hold a point for very long alone with his rage. Literally won so many games by doing that. Rage is easy to charge up Also

I agree with you from a competitive perspective. Casually, FTP isn't using their capital points on him. And probably not their Evo coins either, not for a first or 2nd premium suit. It's a great unit for pressuring opponents, and keeping em honest even behind cover. But the grenades aren't brilliant in a one v one situation if you get pressed into it. I'd say solid C Tier. I'd much rather have a "Bad" mahiroo than a "Bad" Guntank, but there are other suits I'd want in my comp before the Mahiroo

the issue with pale rider is that it's *the* default suit. strangely even more so than rx78 is, it should never be a bad choice in any situation and especially in a game where there aren't a whole lot of units to play, even more so if you're conservative with your purchases, there needs to be at least one suit that people can fall back on no matter what map you're on or what suits are on the field already that being said. pale rider's heal pod is definitely too juiced and needs to be reigned in a bit. maybe bring down the total healing down to like 650-700 range and while we're at it, just shave it's headshot multiplier down a bit

NU gundam has always kinda had issues,i think last season was the best for NU and reverting one or both of the beam riffle's nerfs can fix one problem, then there's the funnels, the devs said they wanted the funnels to be treated as "finishers" there's just one problem, the fact that funnels are dependant on ping, the only thing the funnels are really good at is taking care of the core of an enemy base, a completely stationary target, yeah that's not good at all for a move that's meant to be a "finisher", obviously the big thing to fix here are the funnels being based on ping maybe nerf the damage if it turns out to be TOO strong and this last one is more a me thing but make it to where the rocket can out right just put one stack on a target. for methus, just revert the nerf to it's healing and maybe give the guns some buffs and it should at the very least be better than how it is now. i love heavyarms and i think it's actually in a really good spot right now, BUT a little bit more damage wouldn't be bad since it can't crit targets anyway, maybe an increase in the tick damage on the rockets, but otherwise it's fine. there are still the other suits but i don't wanna make this comment longer than it needs to, so i'll just say, every other suit is ether in a good spot, needs a buff, or is asshimar which needs it's firebomb nerfed, seriously that thing is doing way too much damage i feel, but that might just be me.

Whenever I encounter a problem, maybe a sliky zaku or jumpy barb, I always pull "this" card (pale rider). It's soo good at countering melee now.

GM might be a C tier but whenever there's one absolutely cracked player carrying the entire team it's always a GM main. No idea why but every GM player is juiced out of their minds.

I like the list. Probably more technical than most casual players. TBH i wouldnt play a round without a Dom or Sazabi. But that's only when I'm queuing with 2 or 3 friends on voice.

Mahiroo at least should go C. Mahiroo can E any melee and F could stop bomb plant/defuse, and C is a wall-through scout. It's ult is monstrous when people fuckin' with megacharge. Mahiroo is somewhat hard to adapt but still a solid pick for anti-melee, AOE and megacharge. defender.

1: play for fun, ranked is not worth it for most people 2: If you can, try to get the battle pass so you can grind it easier 3: Save your capital for the suits, never buy any pods with them. 4: Each mobile suit has a distinct aiming and playing style that's totally different from each other. Just play them all and find your style. For the locked suits try to find videos' that showcase how they play.

i play gundam evolution 1 week after balista season and after zaku range nerf, i think my pick rate on zaku range is arround 75% and i just found out the smoke screen used to recharge all the 3 thruster, 1 smoke thruster recharge is already good enough imagine recharge all the 3 thruster

they just need to match kit slots with pale rider for other units, then there will be a tier list change I would think. ie if gundam had a 3rd/4th additional skill

So, in a game where there are many shield units and high HP units, an MS with high HP, 2 stuns, a super jump, and an insta-kill combo that not only disables a unit but destroys it completely, is B tier?!!!!!! Also, Barbatos is the only unit that can cancel an ability (mace slam) and not suffer a cooldown penalty.

- slow ttk on any suit over 11k health - very short attack range - one of the shorter 3 slot dashes in the game - *extremely loud and obvious* - pronounced map usability limitations barbatos is best utilized as a wall breaker or a flusher. either it goes for a sac play to disrupt a fortified position or it pushes enemies into open areas to get shot by allies. anything beyond that is a result of poor coordination at least one of 3 things has to happen for barbatos to kill you 1. you were out of position, in which case you deserve it 2. you were not paying attention 3. it was a sac play/ you were baited hard B tier suit for sure, relies a lot on knowledge checks to catch enemies but will 100% rip you apart if given the chance

Idgaf what you think barbatos isn’t healthy for the game. Double stun is outrageous, especially since he can triple dash, land combo, then jump away scot- free. Nerf the combo or nerf the mobility.

He's almost useless in every team fight, he can only do hit and run kind of kills so basically you should use him to strategically kill the tank or support during an important moment to help your team win that fight and thats it. He's good because Sazabi and Unicorn are good and they are big and slow, if you nerf the combo or the mobility there is literally no reason to play him imo

Lol I’m pretty sure new suits that come out will be more broken than barbatos. Plus barbatos only gets you when you’re distracted. If you see him, you have to be retarded to actually get hit by his stuns.

Think of it this way. Barbatos can't just kill people willy nilly, its instakill combo is actually in cooldown and need to be charged. It's an assassin unit that have to jump in, kill a specific target, then jump off. Its equivalent in other games isn't Genji, it's Spy from TF2. If it misses the combo, it have to run away and hide. Definitely useful, but experienced people would know how to deal about it. For example, if you somehow can bait it to use the instakill combo on you, and it fails, even if you don't kill it you're basically preventing it to use its combo on other people.

Barbatos is easily the most controversial Suit on the game. You either love it or hate it, it's either an easy pick/non-contributory or a menace to society. There is no inbetween. Especially in casual matches.

Skill Issue on the Z2M, cuz I cook with that MS on Buried City and every other map the only map I struggle is Harbor City because of how large and open the beginning phase is but meanwhile Z2M cooks on Buried City
