INGREDIENTS & METHOD

1.Chicken cut into small pieces - 1/2 kilo
Now we need to marinate it, ingredients are
Ginger garlic paste - 2 teaspoon
Black pepper powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Red chili powder - 1 & 1/2 teaspoon
Turmeric powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Coriander powder - 2 teaspoon
Lemon juice of a lemon
Cumin powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Salt
Chat masala - 1/2 teaspoon
Garam masala powder - 1 teaspoon
Cooking soda - 2 pinches
Mix and marinate for 30 minutes
2. After 30 minutes , Add
Gram flour - 3 teaspoon
Corn flour - 3 teaspoon
All purpose flour - 2 teaspoon
Egg - 1
Salt
Mix it
3.Heat oil and fry chicken pieces till crispy, add curry leaves and green chilies
4.Enjoy with green chutney and raw onion with a dash of lemon
