As someone that's obsessed with the little details and making things aesthetically pleasing I just want to say a huge THANK YOU for giving very specific information on the US patch at the beginning. It's something that I would get and I didn't even have to ask in the comments for where to get it and hope to god that you responded since you just said it straight up. Really appreciate that, wish more people were that specific with things like this!

For the ferro placard, multicam colored elastic doesn’t last long due to the dying process. But that’s what the pull tabs are for. Mine is three years old and has no problems holding mags in when you have them retained properly.

really cool setup dude, though you should find a solution like a 90° connector for that antenna cable, i can tell you that coax cables, even the thickest one, don't like to be forced in an angle, or even worse, bent as it would damage or cut off the little wire inside, those things are really fragile

Will do.

if you’re talking about the trmp-c then i 110% agree! for the sake of modularity i kinda wish i got the normal one, but im no delta devgru raider, so i only need one placard and i’m definitely satisfied with my choice. $105 is a little steep, but it fits the “buy once cry(e) once” bill perfectly. it’s especially awesome since my jpc is size small, so qasm buckles are a lot harder to fit.
@nocturnal7702 жыл бұрын
I very much agree that the first generation of backpanels from Crye were the way to go. The only gripe I have about the newer "V2" panels is that they sit way low down past your rear plate bag, and in certain positions can hinder movement if you've got a belt on. Although, they do allow for two easily accessible spare 556 magazines on the rear plate bag... Eye for an eye I suppose.
@ExtraordinaireThe2 жыл бұрын
Yeah, the new panels are nice, but I wish they'd produce both options so that we would have more choices.

Definitely get the Esstac if you don't have it. I bought it from a recommendation off another video and it's by far the best placard I've used on my JPC2. Also is that cummerbund some kind of prototype? Because their website doesn't even list that one.
@literallylysander344421 күн бұрын
i read around and yeah, it’s a prototype of some sort. i bought some emerson gear tubes off amazon because i wasn’t fond of the first spear tubes, but mainly because i couldn’t find this exact model of cummerbund anywhere. maybe one day our prayers will be answered and i can blow my money on this 🙏
@literallylysander344421 күн бұрын
deathly late, but what is the exact name and model of your cummerbund? i know they don’t sell it anymore (if they ever did lol) but i was hoping to try and at least find one on the secondhand market. any help is appreciated, and awesome video btw. i’ve taken a lot of inspiration from this while building my own kit.

How are your rifle pouches connected? With the JPC 2 isn’t it just Velcro down below? Do you have to buy a molle placard?
@gonnabe765 Жыл бұрын
The mag pouches itself might be the placard, I'm not exactly sure.
@literallylysander344421 күн бұрын
the mag pouches are built directly into the placard, there’s no molle underneath. the placard is initially secured via the g-hooks, and more secured by the large velcro from the rest of the placard.

@LT_plays Жыл бұрын

@literallylysander344421 күн бұрын
it’s a crye precision jpc 2.0 in multicam, size small. the webbing he uses the g-hooks with is usually tucked underneath the molle webbing on top. if you look underneath where the crye branding on the front is, that’s where the webbings are usually tucked under.

Is there an adaptor that allows you to attach the TEAR placard to the carrier?
@swagman5562 жыл бұрын
The Ferro Concepts TEAR placard and Crye JPC2.0 are compatible with no adapter. The placard uses 2 ITW G hooks that connect directly to the front of the JPC webbing.
@swagman5562 жыл бұрын
@mountaingoatgaminggg I just realized that the TEAR placards only fits correctly if you have a size small JPC2.0 like this guys vid, if you attach the TEAR to a medium or large it will fit wonky:/
