That's only if it's matched to the bike. Once you have the matching gear you become an expert. You get an even higher level if you have a matching lid rather than a plain white peaked ADV lid too.

Well I'm not going to kiss your arse like everyone else. I'll call it out! These bikes (and manufacturers putting their energy into producing them) are a waiste of time. No one buying these are off to do Dakar, or go camping! They're 50+yr old weekend tourists who might, (and by that I actually mean probably won't) ride across the grass at the national trust, once - and truly believe that's some daring do. If the manufacturers didn't follow these people around (who have more money than sense) then we might have some/more cracking road bikes from them. As it stands we now have hyper-bikes with too much electronics and off-roaders (with the same) sat in people's garage all week until they meet some strangers in a sunny carpark one afternoon (for who knows what kind of entertainment)! 2006 - 2016 is the sweet spot for road (and track) bikes. These bikes are the equivalent of the Emperor's new clothes. Most people I see camping with their bikes are on 20yr old bandits.
