Don’t forget to trim your candle wicks! I didn’t know at first either 🕯️😭 Trimming candle wicks helps candles last longer as well. I’m in LA and nearly EVERYTHING is locked up at Target 😒 and also more expensive when you shop in store. But something you mentioned about your age really resonated with me! I was also an efficiency girlie in high school that had no qualms about rolling out of bed and going straight to school/work. It’s how I learned to tune out the satisfaction in scheduling myself realistically, like how you felt when arriving to an appointment early. Ignoring these feelings just led to anxiety and burn out, and I regressed to my old ways during the pandemic without needing to leave my house. It’s still a struggle in my mind to give myself this type of care, but I need to lean into those good feelings more. Your vulnerability is always such a joy to witness, thanks for sharing!
