@MP-er6wn4 жыл бұрын
Conscious One No actually that’s a HUGE misconception. You can boil, fry, bake any natural (god made not man made hybrids) food and it won’t lose its minerals because natural foods are electrical. The only way you kill the live cells in the food is if you put them in the microwave then it will definitely kill the live cells in the food. The only natural foods I am aware of that you shouldn’t add fire (or heat) to are olive oil and coconut oil and they should be used on food as they cool. Ever notice how Italians add olive oil to their pasta after cooking it and not in the pot. Also, if you want to add milk make sure it’s a nut(walnut, Brazil, hemp seed to name a few natural nuts- go to www.drsebi.com and check out the nutritional guide) milk best made yourself (Ty’s Conscious Kitchen as one of the “natural made” references on KZbin)

I'm going next week to Jamaica.. Just a bit curious for safety reasons.. did you actually go into town to buy this? I've always heard it could be dangerous to go away from hotel for visitors 😶 would love to go as long as there is no threat. I'd like to experience Jamaica's food outside of hotel too❤

Sooooo... did you use it as a wash-out or leave-in conditioner, as a hair gel, or were you taking it internally vs. externally? How did you use the sea moss to specifically benefit your hair?

I've been using it on my hair for the last 2 months and so far it's made mine shinier, my scalp no longer gets hella dandriff and my hair seems to be growing faster, but I haven't done a length check yet to compare. I use it as a mask on my skin and hair and I get it from electricseamoss.com (black owned biz). They have face masks but tbh i use it on my hair too lol cause all the ingredients are good for hair too

So u need to boil water then remove it from the heat, put the seamoss in cover it and let it steep for at least 45 min sis B4 u blend it. I take purple seamoss and bladderwrack every day when I have a supply available.

Here in the Caribbean, we turn it into a Punch/Milk Drink. After cleaning and soaking SOME of us boil it, let it cool and add it to a blender with condensed milk, evaporated milk, bitters, and essences. Add over ice and Enjoy.

OK! Replying to my own comment. The Irish Moss in the can! I tried this product over 20+ years ago and just googled it. I will NOT be using it as it is full of sugar so I won't be drinking it. Guess I will have to just go back to boiling it like we do in Jamaica and save some to drink and try using it as a natural hair gel!
@kauwyanayancy64234 жыл бұрын
Where is the proof that it contains sugar I've not been able to find it especially since it comes of the sea..the sea is salty. But just because I haven't found any evidence doesn't mean it's not out there.

Seamoss is very powerful for your body. Our body needs about 100 essential vitamins and minerals a day. Seamoss possesses like 98 of them: I eat seamoss daily. It takes the taste of whatever it is your cooking or add it to smoothies. I usually eat like a table spoon a day.

Wanda Banks yes you can put it on your body then shower I wouldn’t soak in it you can add oils to the mix (put that moss in a separate glass jar) you can also leave it on your face for 15-20 min (don’t add no oils to this jar) but before I put it on my face I cleanse it first let it dry then add the moss

I grind the dry sea moss in a fine grinder the kind you'd use to grind your coffee beans in, and I use it as salt when I cook. Also use it to make breads. Very tasty 👍🏻
