@Chris-kr7gg I can somewhat agree, there will be a man out there who can destroy Tom who just hasn't been defined yet, but you need to keep in mind that this is engraved in his title now, champion of the biggest men inside of mixed martial arts, not just individual sports like boxing, taekwando, bjj, but the whole shtick. Its very much arguable that he is the hardest (known) man.

His other coach is Stipe Drvis WBA world champ in boxing training partner Satoshii Ishii, Gold olympic champ in HW judo, also fought in MMA and K1. Ante was last years PFL HW champion Fought off nasty injury on his leg from hospital sicness and also his leg broke in half, came back and became PFL HW champ. he is a tough MF! Look out for Antonio Plazibat in GLORY kickboxing, that guy is MASSIVE, 130 KG and he looks normal in shape, no big muscles, no big belly and has hands of nuclear

Tom wasnt even top 5 when he wanted to fight Gane, now that he is he ducked the real #1 contender. One dimensional Volkov just embarrassed Toms only decent opponent, Ganes resume is 4x that of aspinal, unlike Tom he actually earned his first title shot clearing out the division. Tom still has Blaydes and Cyril to earn his real interim title status.

I think Brock Lesnar made a lot of people sit up and think. The speed of that guy being 265lbs+ is insane. Now more heavyweights are able to move with similar speed and more agility than you'd expect.

It's amazing how much positional drilling and positional sparring and even positional conditioning they do. Especially the positional strength and conditioning most translate incredibly well during a real match. Seems theres very limited free sparring. Very smart gym.

I kinda thought it would be every man for himself type of thing. It's actually beautiful to watch people helping others technically. It's an art in all honesty and you lot make it look well good. I'm 40 and fat but have no confidence to walk into a gym.

Always hated lifting weights. I had a stroke in 18 at the grand age of 37 and ngl, I kinda gave up took the wind out of me. Recently me and a neighbour took a big comfier down and I was up a ladder getting some weight out the top in case we didn't get the fall right to minimise damage and I was blaming the saw, nope I was weak as piss so Tomorrow is the start of my 5th cycle and I love it. Been a addict in the past so there's no surprise I love it dopamine is dopamine i get my kicks now torturing myself. Diet changed everything I'm all in.
