This one is amazing. Spent 1,5 hours with your workouts to day, after warming up i did the combos/core work out, and finished with this. Damn, did get tge sweat flowing!

I did this AFTER training for an hour and after weight training. I'm shocked to say I made it all the way through to the end with you. 😳🤔 No idea how except maybe i can be stubborn. Agree with everyone else, you've been a life saver. Anyway, I did this after a 30 minute Muay Thai bag workout. Lesson for the days is "You're getting too old to be this stupid".
