Helpful hints that I used, I cut notches in vaccum head attachments, in a shPe of V inverted, this way when I vaccuum it has power but carpet doesn't stick to it and I can run it back and forth, another helpfull hint, when getting suds out of the rug, rubber squeegee is very helpful, just direct and push forward, if possible I would drag rug before cleaning out onto the grass away from pool.

We homeschool and my kids are doing a survival unit study. What we learned is eggshells can prevent bugs in your garden. You do have to use the food processor and make it into a powder but you sprinkle it around in your garden. We tried it so we are waiting to see if it actually works. A teaspoon in your coffee takes the bitterness out of it There are so many things eggshells are food for. Just thought I would share.

Im sorry but the Cage is to small for the birds. Are you planning for something bigger?
@livingwithcambriea Жыл бұрын
Acutely The general recommendation is 0.5 to 1 square foot of floor space per adult bird and 12 to 18 inches of cage height. That applies to fully mature birds, though. If you go to heigh, they can jump up and break their necks, and too much space causes an opportunity for them to get territorial, which in the end can cause death to your birds. I made sure to do a lot of research before deciding on quail.

I am not trying to be rude but id like to tell you that this is way Too many quail to be in such a tiny cage. I have to say this. It is not healthy for them to live like that. I know you are an animal lover too & you understand me speaking about it. I hope you can just try to imagine what it would be like to live in a tiny cage & stare at each other all day & never get to move around that much. I still love you , your family, & the dogs & I still love all your videos. I am not upset at all & I am not trying to be mean. I hope one day you could manage to get them a bigger space. Maybe if you & Bobby ever get a bigger place you could make them a bigger place. Ok, sorry for my rant but as a big animal lover Karen, I couldn't help but say something. Ok, now let all the attacks begin from others. I'm ready. lol Ok go. lol
@livingwithcambriea Жыл бұрын
Never hate, and it's actually been mentioned before. So when researching quail before getting them there are 2 options for them you can do a large aviary. It must be over 6 feet high so that they don't fly up and break their necks, and you want about 1 quail per square foot. Let then that, and you can have aggressive quail that will kill the others over territory. The other option is this style where it's under 2 feet, so if they do jump, they won't break their necks because they can't get the momentum to hurt themselves. However, the number per square foot is the same, so they don't get territorial and kill the other birds. I do hope in the future to do a large aviary, though ❤️🤗❤️
