Mike! The Singaporean place on Northern Blvd (Yummy Tummy) closed down but the chef recently opened up a spot in Queens Crossing called Sin Kee. The Hainanese chicken and chai tow kueh are still amazing 👌

You have to come to Charlotte for Optimist Hall. A bunch of restaurants under one roof. A dumpling place, a ramen place, a burger place, dessert place....so much

Wow those dumplings though. China amazes me, they figured out how to put the soup in the dumpling instead of the dumpling in the soup

Pork backbone soup looks good. It's not bone marrow you're picking at with the chopsticks, it's the spinal cord. Bone marrow found in long bones. I've had that dish before.

My auntie made the Thai Sour and Spicy dish for me once since she wanted to try cooking Thai good. Let me tell you it was so good 😭. I could just taste it when I saw Mikr eating 😋.
