yeh your right John real women are pretty thin on the ground, the women in my family are all tom boys, they can rebuild car engines under stand them, do major house repairs, major electrical wiring , hunt n slaughter, do martial arts and read n comprehend deep stuff.

When this girl was born so late in both my wife and my life, I decided that she was to be trained into Property Ownership and management. Now we have a huge place, paid for, and hers entirely when we pass on. She is 1/3 owner since she was 15. And when the boys come calling on her, and when they can't match her value they get curbed in 2 minutes. She plans not to even husband up till she is 22 or 23 when she has all our rentals and solar install contracts in her control.
