It really disgusts me when I hear and see this kind of senseless damage, I was taught to respect graves and gravestones anything that didn't belong to me, but it still happens. Sad. But the angel is very beautiful as she sits there looking over the family. Thank you, GV.

I know in ancient Rome, hundreds of mausoleums lined some of the roads going in and out of Rome, and they were called necropolis, I do believe! Perhaps, as the people in question were obviously of the upper class, they likely had a classical education, meaning Roman history, and he could've taken inspiration from ancient Rome! Of course, without further information, I'm only speculating here!!

@@GraveVisitations I wonder if their bodies were removed soon after burial and sold to a medical school for the students to train, using the cadavers. Another explanation could be that the skeleton is on the floor after the robbers searched the body and we cannot see it. Or, the McKenna family reburied them elsewhere after grave robbers ransacked their coffins.
