This is actually a god send for me and my monolids. I get that not everyone have the exact shape to the mono lid model in the video but with practice you’ll find an eye look that suits you. Keep practicing!!! Love the video so so so much!

Ive never had someone explain the winged liner so well. everytime i've tried to follow tutorials before, it gets too heavy or the swooped line looked out of place. it was because i dragged it all the way to the corner before, but no more! thank you!!

I have double eyelids but I have too much puffiness and skin in my top lid, so when I open it the makeup disappears. They're not thin enough to do the monilid makeup, it's like a combination of both eyes. What should I do?

this is something i dont learn in a white american suburb with white parents and white friends. i remember one of my friends trying to put pencil liner on my hooded eyes and when it smudged later she was like wtf and i had to wipe it all off. seriously, its a struggle doing makeup as an asian in america.

Indian double eyelids are big, that we have to be very careful while doing the eye makeup since when people with monolids mess up their eye makeup, it gets hidden by the crease but double lids isn't the same. This tutorial helped a lot! Thank youu 🥰

Hi! Idk if it will be on the video and also I'm not a professional makeup artist, but what I would recommend is putting a lighter shade in the inner corner of the eye and putting eyeshadow mostly at the outer corner and putting on upturned eyeliner

I needed to watch the video before buying my first ever eyeliner pen! I am not asian but I have one hooded eyelid the other non hooded. And as mom has different eye shape, so she didn't understand why I did it so thin. I tried to explain that magically it is gone in the fold of the lid 😅. This is the closest to my eye shape I ever found. My eyes are hooded af now im excited. I also dont have a brow bone so I can't even do cut crease eye makeup. So its been hard finding minimal eye make up for my heavy lids. I would like to try a more bold eye look too but with my hooded eyes and small eyelid space I don't think I can do it.

Wow, this was so helpful thank you wish trend for making this video! I have a suggestion for a video that I think would be really popular with our younger wish tenders! I’m only in 6th grade so I fell like when I where a lot of makeup it looks heavy and like I’m trying to hard. so I have been trying to find a light and clean makeup look that I can where to school. I also want it to look as natural as possible so really all I have been doing is my skin care routine sunscreen and maybe a lipgloss.
