They refunded mine. I choose the wrong frames. They had finished creating them and sent them to the distribution center. But before they got to the center, I told them I chose the wrong frames. They gave me a FULL refund with store credit. I was very happy when I was able to choose the correct frame. Very happy with these guys

I learned as well after they sent me completely clear lenses that had no prescription applied. However, my husband got great glasses from there. It is a good thing they are cheap. We have had to reorder several times but it still ends up being cheaper than our eye doctor.

I've bought 6 pairs ,have 2 more coming .I love the quality ,and style .I have a weak prescription though so it's easier ,and less risky for me. One of those pair were readers that I'll use for my small soldering projects .Tip ,you can make any frame readers you just have to go into prescriptions ,and only fill out your reader strength .One pair I got was prescription sunglasses ,they might actually be my favorites .

Apparently Zenni has been working to improve the time it takes to get your glasses. I placed three different orders with Zenni between 07/02/2021 and 08/16/2021. Two of the three arrived eight days after I placed the order; one arrived in seven days. One caveat about EyeBuyDirect: Do NOT buy any glasses from them with their basic clear lens. It has no UV protection, even as an add on option.

@@CanineArachnid, studies have shown there is no benefit from blue blocking lenses. You get more high intensity blue light looking at there daytime sky for five minutes than you do staring at a computer screen for an hour. Also, if you use your computer for graphics, and color is important at all, you should not use blue light blocking because, as you note, thy change the colors you see.

Just ordered glasses from Zenni. Very cheap as I went with no reflective/UV coatings just plain lenses (I never wear glasses inside as am short sighted - and hear its very easy to damage cheaper reflective coatings or get crazing which ruins the lenses completely) - have an expensive pair from optician but they are transition lenses which I don't always want a tint only in summer really. Feel like I thought it through pretty well and non coated standard lenses was actually the best option for me. Let's see how that pans out lol. At that price point it felt worth to experiment

I dropped almost 1000 canadian on glasses in-store on boxing day last year with no insurance and no job and they literally broke when i got outnofnthe shower just snapped and they wouldnt do anything for me because i didnt spend yet another 200 on the warranty, luckily someone at the store put heat shrink on it for me so i could at least see but im never going thru that again. Waiting for my first pair of glasses online cant wait

I wear progressives. Different prescription in each eye for distance and only one has an astigmatism. And of course my reading prescription. My frustration is I will LOVE a style of glasses, they work for progressive, but then as go to add my prescription it always says that the glasses are not available for my prescription. So frustrating. I get that on all sites and if I get a list based on my prescription- same thing :( so I never can get the most. As far as accuracy and quality. Some are just as good as the in-store but lenses are always better from in-store even if the prescription is correct. Also accuracy has been hit and miss and I have ordered online for 10 years or more. Even so - great bargain and nice to have options!

I have mpboia astigmatism in both got two coming from zenni I can't wait I messed up the first pair but glad there not as nice on me as I hopped lol 😅 so now have back up frames for the future can't wait for Mine to get here should be here in town Saturday or Tuesday Wed dye to Easter long weekend Good Friday Sunday Monday they don't work but work Saturday so I'll see lol I have anit reflection uv protection anit scratch and 1.61tint lenses Photochromic in both next time also adding the blue light to lol 😆

I've bought from zenni 3 time over the last 6 years. The product was ok considering the price. But zenni and many other online stores are just horrible to navigate and to have confidence that you fill out every thing correctly. OMG, just have an image of a pair of glasses and point to what you are filling out. At the top of the form show the number of steps it will take to complete the order all the way to a completed check-out. I have lost complete faith in zenni and the other top online providers. Zenni you have no idea how much you have hurt me because you dropped the ball. I will lose weeks of work due to your incompetence.
