amazing20901 I have beautiful memory also. After church once, I remember my daddy taking me for me first lipstick at a drug store. We talked about how I was growing into a young lady, I think I was 12. We picked out a nude/peach color. Later in life, I read how important it is for a father to recognize and acknowledge a young lady’s femininity and for her daddy to encourage her to recognize it in some beautifully positive way. It psychologically shows how proud they both are and recognizes her strengths as a young lady. Not just physical, but emotionally how encouraging dad is to her next step in womanhood. He came from a family of four boys. Still made a good dad for a girlie girl.
