Freakin Awesome! Exactly what I needed and incredibly clear instructions. I'm sincere when I said I'd love to pay you if you are anywhere near Los Angeles, Ca for some one on one training so you can dial my machine in otherwise I'll be going through your videos hoping for a lot more of these tutorials. Thanks bro, you're a life saver.

friend you really did a brilliant job, thank you very much for your video, it helped me a lot here in Brazil. If it is possible do a recording in the plastic, like the videos we see of magazines pmag

This video will be greatly helpful for me! Thank you! I just ordered a 50w fiber laser for my firearms business. Do you have any recommendations for resources for files or templates for designs and stippling patterns? Thanks!

Awesome!! Your video is very useful!! Thank you!! I have some questions, my machine got 2 red light square stack overlapping when we click “light” button. Do you have any idea how can we fix it into only 1 red light square, it’s pretty hard for me to focus the right position because of this. FYI, I use Len 300*300cm. Thank you in advance!!

Hi Thanks Alot For Your Video..Very Interesting..Oh ya Can I Ask Something? Is Ezcad Laser Must be Black & White Vector? Or Colour No Problem? Thanks Again..
@Aj-sx2km3 жыл бұрын
Vector color does not mater in Illustrator. It is only for display. When you move it to EZCad it will only be a vector line

About how deep is that final result? I copied all your parameters and ran a job. I told it to do 60x, because you had yours set to 10 and you said you had to do it 5 times. My image was as large as my machine could do - about 145mm wide and 100 high in 4 lines of text. Each pass was about 30 seconds, so the thing ran for something like 2 hours, due to 60x for each of the two pens, plus the cross-hatching. so I realized later it was actually some 240 passes. It was on 3/8" plate. Initially I was concerned it might burn through. I needn't have worried - I was surprised I only got about 1/16" depth, using 80% power with 50w fiber laser. Yours looks more like about 1/8" deep, but maybe not.

Well that is a huge engrave so yeah it is going to take some time. You may try to break it up and do one letter at a time. This video is a small engrave. Hatch pattern, Frequency, and power all affect the depth. Experiment with scrap.
