I called G-force transmissions and asked them if their gears would hold up for towing purposes and not high performance and they said that itd be just fine, either they are REALLY confident or theyre unaware that i mentioned that i asked if itd be able to handle 30k total (almost if not at a Class B license territory). Why am i mentioning this? I need a relatively close ratio transmission to bolt up to my np435 transmission and used 3-4 as the splitter gears on the t-5 for speeds 1-4 on the np435 aux transmission and after going to direct on both transmissions id shift into overdrive on the t-5. Doing my math id get a total of 11 gears but a LOT of shifting. but i can have a 4 or 5 speed reverse so its not ALL bad. Then theres the original idea where id take the input shaft gear and the gear thats driven by the input shaft gear and adapt it onto the np435. The larger gear will connect to the lower gear cluster in a similar way how an old t56 firebird transmission would (two-piece cluster) and modify the input shaft on the np435 (17/43 teeth) to be shorter but accept a sliding clutch with a synchronizer for the top and bottom so that i can switch between different cluster gear speeds, essentially giving me an overdrive. I took inspiration from a now defunct swedish truck transmission manufacturer as a method to get what i need. An 8 speed transmission. lol

Great job.my truck was the same color.do you know what the paint code is .id like to put it back to original but ford has three colors that are similar and i don't want to get the wrong one
