腐乳蒸排骨
材料:
腩排半斤
腐乳2磚
辣椒仔1隻
芫荽或蔥1條
處理:
1. 排骨,清水洗乾淨,擎乾水。
2. 排骨調味:
a. 腐乳2磚
b. 糖1茶匙
c. 生粉1茶匙
d. 生抽1茶匙
e. 油半茶匙
撈勻,醃15分鐘以上。
3. 排骨,放好在碟上。
烹調:
1. 大火在鑊中煲滾1鑊水。
2. 大火蒸排骨25分鐘。
3. 蒸好。
4. 放上辣椒粒及芫荽碎。
5. 完成,可享用。
Steam pork ribs with fermented bean curd
Ingredients:
Pork ribs 0.5 catty
Fermented bean curd 2 cubes
Chili 1 No.
Coriander or green onion 1 pc
Preparation:
1. Pork ribs, rinse with tap water. Hang dry.
2. Season the pork ribs:
a. Fermented bean curd 2 cubes
b. Sugar 1 tsp
c. Tapioca starch 1 tsp
d. Light soya sauce 1 tsp
e. Oil 0.5 tsp
Mix well. Season for 15 minutes or more.
3. Pork ribs, put on plate in rows.
Steps:
1. Heat up a wok of water at high flame.
2. Steam pork ribs at high flame for 25 minutes.
3. Steam well.
4. Put chili cubes and chopped coriander on top.
5. Complete. Serve.
