There's no practical purpose for lightening cuts on a receiver like this IMO. It's your rifle though so if it makes you happy that's all that matters.

This isn’t a full F-1 firearms rifle build. The only things F-1 on there are the barrel, upper, and bcg.

To date I have a little over 1k rounds through this platform and I"m testing the ACOG/RMR combo. So far it meets all my requirements for my current use. I"m currently filming and have recently posted some content of my latest purchase "2023 C8 Corvette 70th Anniversary, Special Edition" and will be getting back to range shortly thereafter. Definitely busy on this end but making time to respond to everyones comments is the least I can do, as I truly appreciate everyones support for the channel. In reference to the Geissele Super Duty, It's highly recommended to say the least. Truly is a small world, I"m good friends with everyone at J&K. Speaking of which I just purchased a "Hellcat Pro" for my new CCW, upload coming soon. That said, you welcome bud. Keep the uploads coming. Filming is fun but lord knows the editing is not so much Lol...

Definitely not preferred. Which is why it’s a test bed for odds and ends. I have the Geissele URGI 14.5 setup as an Special Purpose Rifle (SPR). Purpose / Mission-set may vary depending on the theater.
