1996. Consoles available in stores were the PS1, the Sega Saturn and the Super NES. The Nintendo 64 would be released in 1997 in the UK. I miss the 90s.

Great video - it shows how fast Copse really is. I have watched from there myself several times - no overtaking so I prefer Club (at least I did until they put the Vale in!

I was just a bit further back on the straight to you here in 96, about the braking point for Copse. I remember the Hill spin well! Also cool was how the gold wheels on the Ferraris lit up from the glowing brake discs when they braked. A while ago now eh!

good stuff :) Wached it at TV (Hill and Alesi fan!). That scream sound!! yeah. Was in 2007 at Spa, missed V12 but Honda engine was still painfull as well :) Daughter, cool emotions provided by the circus F1 :) You touched him! :D

Only ever heard the V10s on TV....how loud are they in real life?

They were astounding, violently loud. I remember the Minardi's Mugen-Honda pariticularly made quite a painful noise. More to the point, the V12s of the previous year, 1995, sounded magnificent. Much deeper, fuller, and a much more impressive sound.
