Good video! I appreciate the ideas for different tools you can use to replace the front crank seal. As for the torque specs, I have the official Ford Workshop Manual and the page that shows the torque specs had an *asterisk that says "Refer to the procedure" in this section.... that is where the torque specs are as follows: "Using a new crankshaft pulley bolt, install the bolt and washer and tighten the bolt in 4 stages." Stage 1: Tighten to 90 Nm ( 66 lb-ft). Stage 2: Loosen 360 degrees. Stage3: Tighten to 50 Nm ( 37 lb-ft ). Stage 4: Tighten an additional 90 degrees I hope this helps!

Go to Lowes and pick up a schedule 40 PVC bushing (2"x3/4" part #23003). It is the perfect size to press in the seal with the use of the harmonic balancer instalation tool.

The bolt is Torque to yield so use a new one. Tighten to 66 ft lbs loosen 360 degrees, tighten to 37 ft lbs, then an additional 90 degrees and your done.

I used UV leak detector on my 02F150. It shows up dripping everywhere on the bottom passenger side of the engine. I can't see any specific leaks. Is this crank case seal a common issue on 10th Gen F150s as well?

I had this down on my 2005 F150 4.2 L, but then it had no power when I drove. Why would it have no power?
