Nothing ever happens to these individuals who occupy these restrooms. It is a never ending cycle but since this happens to be in the sorry state of California what more can we expect? On the second offense every single piece of whatever is removed from said bathrooms should be thrown into the dumpster and crushed.

You would not have believed 3 bikes a mattress, shopping cart and half of a store crammed into it.
