I liked that you kept the 'parsley in the eye' accident in the video, like you've done with outtakes from some past episodes.....it's not just about learning to be a better chef, but also to laugh and enjoy life in the process! :)

Arrabiata is one of my fave pasta dishes, I normally buy a shop bought sauce but this popped up on my KZbin as a suggestion and I am going to give it a go... Thank you.

Don't throw the pasta water down the drain,unless you save a couple of cups of it, you may need it to add to the sauce.

.. we do know of Ziti here in America.. Rigatoni here are much larger.. seems like youre using Ziti what we have here in the US.. my favorite.. other than Cavatappi.. which i use for alfredo..
