Radius arm suspensions create a large amount of bind, I prefer a 3 link, with the upper link going to the frame attached at the diff side. No bind in the suspension and your caster stays more true throughout the suspension travel. Makes for a much better driver.

When you flex the upper radius arms, it puts a bunch of pressure on the upper link. It'll work better as a true 3 link. Or take one of the uppers out.

Ben, a simple trick for reading a tape measure is very easy for a mechanic, the lines are the exact same thing as standard wrenches, like when you asked what came after 7/8" on the tape measure. If I had you hand me a 7/8" wrench and told you it's too small, give me the next size up, I bet you would grab the 15/16", tape measure is exactly the same.

I'm surprised you didn't drop the winch to in front of the bumper and put a hoop on to protect it. I know air comes in under the bumper but I always worry about overheating so having less obstructions for the radiator is a good thing.

Ideally you want the panhard bar parallel to the steering link so there is no difference between them. Ideally you want the panhard bar horizontal but we know that only works for street cars.

I looked them ORIs up after seeing them on the channel enough. I'm impressed you guys seem to find an extra set under the couch cushions with most of the offroad vehicles on the channel. All the pro show vehicles, and the fun vehicles, and the brother vehicles, and now even the son vehicles! No hand me downs. Thats some top grade beef, think I saw its a Utah company, Mayhaps some one knows someone. They are sweet so it would do well for them to see you have enough to keep putting them on vehicles. I cant be the only one that searched them up because of your channel. That transfer case is pretty enough to hang on my wall. Ill look up the retail when im prepared to crush another dream, psych. Impressive. Keep doing, and good times.

The problem with a Panhard bar is that the axle does shif to the side where the bar is attached to the chassis. A better solution for locating the axle is the Watts link which keeps the axle centered.

For rock crawling its not a problem and keeps it simple. For high speed applications the Watts makes more sense.
