well on the iphone 16 you swapped an original face id and that paired succesfuly, on the iphone 15 you tried an aftermarket face id, of course you cant pair that

In the market all Face ID parts are oem... so baiscally they all already paired with other parts

i guess it could be the wrong assumption it is likely that apple allows swaping and setting up only "new" faceid parts in case of this 15 pro there is a "used" part for example if you buy a truedepth camera from apple you will still be able to replace it yourself on models 12-16

That calibration just like you aiming the one targets and keep focuing on some objects, the most important point is the your calibration progress bar must grow and your network should support you finish this, otherwise it will become nothing but a failure

Hello, I have a question If after reaplcing the ic and during the test the face id on iPhone 15 pro max on the programmer show every thing is normal but when it installed and tested again with the calibration app HEGES doesn't show any image but blank what is the problem

Here generally you may meet two problem: 1. the Dot projector IC may place the wrong position 2. the hot air gun station may damage the flex cable but we do not know what brand of hot air gun you apply, perhaps more you can provide us more detail to help you

Hello, display that is New will show unknown part even on ios 18.1, but what is this OEM display or battery are those original New parts, the manufacture that produce parts for apple company I though are on market now

Generally if you apply OEM parts, after you run Repair Assistant without network issue, the Parts&Service will tag your part as Used Part

Apparantly the BMS board is the one who offers data to motherboard, generally if you transfer BMS board to new battery cell, the motherboard will read it first, so we generally will flash the phone to fix that

On iPhone 15, I swapped the display, proximity, front camera, and speaker from another iPhone 15. Repair assistant configured everything except Face ID has "Issue". Putting the original front camera back in did not restore Face ID function. Repair assistant will not allow me to configure even the original part. Now Face ID is completely disabled. How do I restore?

The origianl one should work after you replace and nothing will pop up, if it really can not pass repair assitance, maybe try flashing?
