Okay, this exercise stunned me. I've been doing various face exercises for cheeks for the past six months with little improvement. I added this one to the mix and after two weeks saw a good amount of improvement. I dropped most of what I've been doing to rely on just this one the most and still see my mid cheek lines soften considerably. I don't expect to look 20 again but at 37, it feels like I've reversed the clock a couple of years. I'm six weeks in doing it consistently, but I think I will do this for the rest of my life. This is what I've been looking for. Thank you for helping me stave off fillers, Fumiko! I do this one twice in the morning, twice at work during bathroom breaks, and twice at night everyday. I do maybe 2 other cheek exercises and still do the massage to soothe the burning in my face from the exercises.

Do once a day everyday. I have seen changes on people 2 weeks. But really depend on the individual. Some want to loose cheek, some want to make cheek fuller....

3 times a day. I suggest you to start with five counts, then 10, until you get to thirty, otherwise your muscles are gonna be sore. Is like practicing any exercise, you need to start slowly. Good luck! It really works.

Yes, it works, try it twice a day morning and night. Like any exercise you have to do it consistently to maintain results. Remember the results vary for each person and can be subtle so be sure and take before/after photos.

This really does work! I just turned 40, and I’ve always been naturally thin but used to have a much fuller face. My face has become more narrow/bony over the past couple years, and after doing this exercise 2x each session for 2-3 sessions/day, I started to notice my face looking more full/rounded after just 3 days! I have a meaty face I think - though it never gets fat even when my body is.. So when I get thin - it feels too thin for me because I like it when I am fat - there were times I reversed my diet to get fatter again, because when I was thin I didn't like my face so much that I couldn't look at myself in the mirror.. So this will give me confidence to want to lose weight anyway, and then maximum I can try this to make my face look rounder :). Thank you!

While the wrong repetitive movements can cause unwanted wrinkles, moving them the right way can prevent and even reduce wrinkles. Since each pose does not take more than a minute and every movement is very specific, it would be quite difficult to make more wrinkles by practicing the FYM. To make sure you are using the right muscles and moving them correctly, practice the FYM in front of the mirror until you get the move right.

It actually works, a year ago I used this method for one month and I saw a slight change and after two months it became more noticeable, I used to do it before sleep three times and every time I count to 40 seconds or less depends on my tolerance, you must do it continuously because when i stopped results have slightly decreased and you should deep moisturize the area arond the mouth as it may get little wrinkle

If you consistently target facial muscles, they'll respond. But you don't wanna stretch your skin very much. Anytime I've done face exercises it's worked great, even after a short time. Only problem is it's a pain in the ass and you really gotta be disciplined to keep doing it.

nice trick :-) when I was first doing it I was laughing like crazy. So next step is to get used to small calm smiles - mine are too wide, random, brief and toothy. Also good to eat a lot of Omega-3 fatty acids, oils, milk, honey, butter, nuts, sleep a lot. I wonder how the shifting the cheekbones /to make a face round/ looks like after years. Exercising is great, but I do Not want to shape my chin, I want to keep it small and thin, but how to avoid exercising it too...

in the begining days u need to do more..i mean i hv nt counted but whenever i felt i did..atleast 10 times..nd hold for 30 seconds each time..........u cn even do 15 time

soo i have been doing this everyday for more than two months, but nothing has changed in terms of looks. only it became much easier to do, which means it will strengthen your face muscles. I am not giving up tho, there is nothing to lose. if you remind me i can make monthly updates.

The biggest tip we have for you, is to take pictures. This can help track your progress and notice small changes that you may not otherwise notice. I suggest that you continue to exercise the poses and follow the below tips: 1. Follow the instructions in each video *fully*, really pay attention 2. Visualize and focus on the muscles you're using 3. Make sure you're not using muscles you shouldn't, like the forehead when doing eye exercises 4. Practice in front of a mirror until you're 100% confident you're doing it correctly 5. Pay attention to your daily habits. For example, if you're doing neck & jawline exercises, but at night you're sleeping on a pillow that's too high and forms creases on your neck then that would be counterproductive. 6. Drink enough water and moisturize
