I couldn't possibly be offended at rejection now. It has nothing to do with "not good enough" more "not for me in this moment". The peace that brings is immense

One day I got so sick of not trying for anything that I asked a girl if I could sit next to her on the beach. I got rejected but that's what I told myself I was going to put myself out there for Rejection is better than not trying. It felt good to make an attempt. Get out there boys and get yourselves a rejection ✌️

That piece of advice about getting through 100 no's to get to that yes... was what a senior salesman at a car dealership once told me. and you're both right. I was a terrible salesman but I learn something from every rejection. Some things aren't pleasant but they're necessary. Persistence is a very underrated skill.

rejections are the only thing which can bring me down and trigger old habits like taking drugs and playing video-games etc.. I probably got a weak or damaged EGO.. I lose like all the motivation for life after getting rejected..

Yes. And we can embrace our rejection of others. It isn't personal, it's inevitable--how many people can you be close with in a lifetime? We simply must be careful. Careful to know ourselves and our biases, careful to understand that, even if someone doesn't belong with us/to us, they belong to someone. Therein lies peace and respect.

Hindsight is 20/20 When I realized that everything that ever happened to me, perceived good or bad, brought me to the moment I'm in Right Now. It's a nice place Here and Now. I paid attention to my lessons and applied my knowledge. My Life is my construction and after a few years of Life, I've learned what works best for me. I love these lessons.

Beautiful Life advice once again! Failure is Life giving you guidance letting you know either: 1) the action you took will not work so try something else (and now you learned what doesn’t work and therefore you now know what not to do) 2) what knowledge to seek. the scenario arouse for you to affect a certain outcome in the role you are playing. It arose because Life is letting you know this knowledge is important to have in the role you are partaking in. The fact that you failed simply means you don’t have the knowledge. But now you know what knowledge to seek that will help you in this role

Confirmation of what my heart needed to embrace, truth. Which sometimes the ability to do so is clouded by the thinking mind, not coming from the open loving heart. As a single person, I'm learning to not fear relationships, learning to go out and meet others or work in those that I already have. I've wanted to run when things get difficult or communication that's difficult arises from fear. though & I know for a fact life does not want me to run. It wants me to face it , to dive in to what life has for me in the specific moment. Embracing that which, is embracing my deep self. Thank you! ✨💛🙏🏼
