Thank you for sharing. The more these messages for healing get out by various people, such as yourself, the faster this human dilemma will heal. Thank you for your experience and care to help.

Are you triggered in relationships?
@goodmorninggreece.37495 күн бұрын
@@WieseCoaching You are triggered in constant firing of the brain , we are bombarded by impulses hard to control out of our reach , which finally intoxicate our brains.

I have been struggling with a myriad of symptoms due to trauma. Flasbacks, a split personality, somatic symptoms, personality disorders, lack of emotional self-regulation, addiction, etc. I was freaking out in many places, completely lost myself. I did lots of humiliating stuff, like freaking out at my workplaces, horrible fits, running away, sexual compulsion, etc.Healing is long and very painful. You cannot do it alone. I'm stuck and I don't have any help.

I'm very sorry to hear that. Especially when you are dealing with so many things at once healing on your own can become almost impossible. I hope you have any form of support system (friends, family) that is there for you during hard times. Maybe some of the resources on this channel can be helpful for you as well. Wishing you all the best and feel free to reach out if you have any questions or need support

I'm in the same boat , bring your stress down. STOP the behavior if you can. Be forgiving.

I have phoned the UK AA number and found some support from non judgemental people. Nope that helps

If you're a reader I recommend reading Alice Miller. Family constellations can also be good.

Hey! I hope you're still here with us. Don't shame yourself for all the humiliating stuff you had done. It's not your fault. I feel very embarrassed too by my behaviour but it's different to shaming myself. It's a good thing that we recognise that we are out of control but shaming ourselves constantly is a faulty mechanism due to abuse. We must stop abusing ourselves. Also, I got a bit pissed at one of the responses: you don't need to forgive. I can't stand when people who know nothing about other people's traumatic experiences preach for forgiveness. It's a very harmful advice. You may need to feel rage against the people who hurt you. Not forgive them. Anyways, I don't know shit but I feel for you. I find Lisa A. Romano's KZbin channel very inspiring. We must learn to love ourselves fiercely. I am also alone and have shit loads anxiety but I am beginning to feel the possibility of experiencing a different life. I am also very broken but I feel freer. My advice is: remove all the people in your life who are mistreating you, or remove yourself if need be. I don't think healing is possible if our souls are still under attack. Alone is better than being in toxic situations.

I get it but what do I do. I’ve spent my whole life drowning.
@WieseCoaching2 ай бұрын
In order to get through this and stop drowning it is crucial to resolve your wounds and trauma on a subconscious level, just as I explain in the video. A very deep dive about that is linked in the video at the end. It's a complex topic but if you sue the right methods it is relatively straight forward

I meant the comment regarding the accent was rude. I've been around alot of people with accents and have been training my brain to adapt.
