It’s Amazing and Affirming how Spiritual Teachers ( Eckhart Tolle, Mooji, Peter Crone…and Todd) all point to the same Truth…just using their own words. Words are just pointers, they are not the thing itself just like the word “Tree” is not really a Tree just a pointer to the Tree. A Tree is much deeper than the simple four letter word.

I took this as my shield from a very young child as religious dogma came at me from all sides , what I did not do was to keep from judging back! This blinded me to what I needed to do for my own life. I became hurt, shamed and lost my voice using a shield to prevent the bombardment of hurtful assessments of me by those who were in conflict with life itself.? What a wow moment to see this. "When you label me you negate me... Clean up your own messes before you tell me how to deal with mine and vice versa.

This is exactly what I needed right now, you see.. I think I'm already changing as a person when in fact , I'm really still so toxic not only with other people but as well as myself. This I relate to. I now realize it's because of why I'm labelling and judging everyone, even though I keep it in my mind and doesn't say it out loud. You have a really clear point here and it did open my mind and understanding. So on point I reflect on my self and made me realize to just LOVE.

You mean to say … that we also appreciate the moments of feeling hurt or being insulted like another one of life’s experiences. And think of life like a string of such moments or nows and thereby life life like a joyful experience - by standing in observation of all these singular moments for literally what they are - as-of-now. 🤔

Thank you for another brilliant video. Much appreciated. There is science behind the labeling. When you label something within (anxiety, negative thought etc) you activate your 'self referencing centre' which kick starts the self awarness of experience. Aka you activate your Prefrontal cortex.

This is a beautiful message. I have a doubt: how can you embrace the reality and the present moment with joy when is full of suffering or injustice for others? During a war or living in a dictatorship country. I wonder how can I do it. I need to do it, without looking away from what's happening or living into a selfish bubble. Thanks.

We have to first stop judging ourselves. Only then can we project a non judgmental attitude.

Don’t agree here. Classification is what society is build on. Otherwise structure, organization and order would not be possible. That doesn’t individualities are thrown away by categorizing them.
@ToddPerelmuter2 жыл бұрын
You are absolutely correct, labels and classifications are essential for efficient communication. It's the mistaking of labels for the actual thing - when they become labels and symbols in our mind instead of taking in the beingness or essence of what we are observing. For example, we are not our names, we are so much more.
