I've been a fan since the days you would make videos taking a walk outside, with the wind whislting in the background. What I always liked about Ben was his no BS approach, no big fake clickbaity promises that proliferate in this field, no hacky strategies that stop working after 3 months, just good solid and true information that work for FB advertisers and keeping us up to date with changes in Ads Manager and beyond.

Best offer for an ad agency I’ve ever heard 😂 “we will likely lose you as a client because you’ll get so many leads you won’t know what to do with so you’ll sell the business and retire early”
@Sam_Suthar10 ай бұрын
14:17 Great video Ben, thanks for the value you've provided, but I need to ask you this. Even if I respond to clients within a few minutes, the number of people I'll call that day will remain the same. I mean, If I get 10 leads and reply to them immediately, their number won't increase, right? There won't be 30 leads all of a sudden. Then, how will my business going to grow 3X? I did not understand your this point. In my experience, responding this fast builds trust and confidence in clients minds that this person is a professional. Also, yes i agree that as i am replying almost instantly the audience(client) is warm, so he/she might convert. Please explain if I am missing on something here!

Amazing tips Ben, thanks! How does running different ad sets compare to running one with different copy options? The structure should be different ads targeting the same people under one ad set and once i want to target a different group, jump to a new ad set? Thanks 🎉

Hi Ben, thank you for the video. Quick question, would you recommend excluding past purchasers (eg. 30 day retention) from an ad to avoid showing them too many ads after purchase? Thanks!

You had me at cross country running short part... also, kind of shocked with creating 40 ads.... is this within one adset? If it is, I imagine this is only applicable to those who have atleast $1000/day in adspend.
@BenHeath9 ай бұрын
Haha, I'd spread those out across different ad sets and you don't have to run them all at once. You can certainly do this with lower budgets.

Just trying to do the math here. So we got 15000 leads in one month with a cost per lead of £6.50. which tells me that they invested 97,500 on ads in the first month with you guys? at 1 to 8 conversion ratio, this would mean that these guys installed 1875 boilers in one month? Something doesn't sound right...or maybe I am missing something!

If they are supposed to be on the phone why not just run call in ads instead of letting them go and missing out on the peak of their interest and then trying to chase them down?
@UnknownUnknown-kt1wm10 ай бұрын
Cause call ads are high friction most ppl won’t call…
@JaridOrgeron10 ай бұрын
@@UnknownUnknown-kt1wm “most people won’t call…” most people don’t take any CTA regardless, that’s how marketing works. If you think it’s hard to get people to call you at the peak of their interest when they are seeing the ad and willing to submit their information what makes you think getting them on the phone after the fact is easier? The overhead cost of trying to chase people down typically exceeds the additional ad spend required to consistently have them calling you. Basic marketing 101. On top of that, it’s a really crappy lead experience to have them seeing your ad, liking what you have to offer, mentally opting in to continue, then basically saying to them “ok that’s cool that you’re interested - send me your info and I’ll call you back” 🤣🤣🤣 that’s the same as a telemarketer calling you and then asking you to hold while the connect you with a sales rep. Makes no business sense and everyone complains “oh Facebook leads don’t answer the phone” ….no sh*t shirlock you let them off the hook as soon as they saw your lead form trying to take their contact info and telling them you’ll get back to them later. You have zero time window with internet leads - that’s suicide for your budget to throw all your leads out the window with call back forms. Have you forgotten that for like the last 100 years, billboards, radio and TV ads were all call in? They didn’t tell people to book an appointment or to “submit their info” for a callback later. You’re going to lose 50% or more of your ad budget pushing people off like that. The numbers are well known that over 50% of people that opt in never answer the phone after that…yet people just continue like that’s no problem. HELLOOO!!! What the heck do you think those 50% of people were doing? They were going down your precious marketing funnel until you told them you’re too busy and that you would get back to them later - they all said F you and will never answer the phone.
