Long time viewer and sub. Just wondering, do you guys not do Google ads anymore? I recently redesigned my landing page, and my conversions plummeted. All last year I was consistently getting a 20% conversion rate. I launched my new landing page at the beginning of this month, and now the rate is at 5% or less. I can’t imagine the landing page is what cause that, it’s not even that different. Thank you.

Great question. No we are 85/15 google ads to fb ads still. Google ads has just gotten expensive in service based niches in 2023. Hard to compete with smaller budgets

Side note: if your search term traffic is highly relevant then you have a conversion problem (landing page)

Whats your thoughts on getting the lead to book the call directly? And have it be a pay per appointment service instead of leads

Problem with that is show up rate % is low and not all clients want appointments

What’s the general conversion rate from being a FB lead to sending the “hot” contact info to the roofing contractor?

Depends on the client and their individual sales process. A company with no sales process who just calls a lead once is not going to do as well as a company with a legit sales process and follow up system in place

@@ClicksGeek Let’s assume they were a realtor beforehand with a solid automated follow-up sequence in their CRM and great sales skills - would it roughly be in the 5-10% range to get from FB lead to a phone call? :)

do instant lead forms do the same? I have a CRM that does the text drip. So if I get there # on the lead form, I can use zapier and set it up so when the lead comes in, that text sequence will start. Will that work or do you see messenger working better? Thanks for the vid!

We use messenger to collect the lead form, one name and phone number collected (and they checked yes I want a quote) then we text them
