Hey Armando thanks for the video, I followed your video and completed everything but when I go back to events manager > settings it's still on the 2nd step "send a crm event" I've already chose the partner GHL and it redirected me, etc. Why isn't it moving to the next steps?

Use the testing tool to submit a test lead and see if it triggers. I’ve had this happen on a few accounts and then it cleared up after a few days when I went back. Not sure why some do that to be honest but submit a test lead then go to events manager and see if it shows up.

Yes you can. You need to capture the PSID. There is a Meta document that breaks it down. Look up messenger Ads conversion API

Capi setup is for Facebook bc you actually need FBads Id. That’s captured and then sent back to Facebook.

Hey, can you map the forms with basic media agency access to the client's business manager?

You’ll need admin access. There are lead permissions that’s sometimes are defined in business manager if that’s the case no one but the admin and the defines users will have access to lead which prevents you from mapping fields and accessing leads. If they only give you advertising rights make sure you have lead access.

I don’t think TikTok leads will be sent over. Facebook relies on an ID for these users so it knows. So you can’t send over other platform data this way.

Well the whole idea is that you’re sending event data back to Facebook. So it doesn’t have to be a conversion per se, it could be an opt in, or a step in the funnel etc however you can’t improve what you can’t measure so ideally you want to track conversions.

There isn’t one size fits all. You have to do some research and find organizations, pages, tools, brands they use etc. for example if I target electricians I might target Klein tools or Fluke. That’s only like 10% of it however. The other 90% will be your offer and Ad copy. That’s the most important part.
