Appreciate it. Yes you need to make sure that page is selected when you first connect Facebook or it won’t show. If you’re in integrations and click Facebook but don’t see the page you’ll have to disconnect and reconnect Facebook then make sure you select the pages from the list of authorized pages.

Yes. If you’re using Cloudflare just add the a subdomain in GHL and it will instantly be setup when you authenticate.

Not sure what you're asking but you need admin rights to the page. When you first integrate you need to sign in with facebook and "allow" access to the page you want.

You can send emails, calls and text natively so you don’t need any third party tools just credits for them. The only thing would be zapier if you’re trying to zap data to their EHR.
