If you're ever in Missouri...will you go to St. Joseph's Catholic cemetery in Pilot Grove, Missouri. There lays my dearest friend, Anna Marie Ellebracht and her brother, Walter Thomas Ellebracht. On December 12, 2000 Anna and Walter were on their way to their grandfather's funeral during bad winter weather. Their car hit a patch of black ice and went under a tractor trailer. Walter died at the scene, he was 19 and a father of a beautiful 6 month old son. Anna was rushed to the hospital, but was determined to be brain dead and the next morning on December 13, 2000 she was taken off life support. She was 17 and about to graduate high school. Anna was my best friend, she was so giving and kind. Best sense of humor, twisted like mine.. her smile was so beautiful. Her honey light brown eyes. Her warm bubbly laugh. I have never been the same since I lost her. She has always been my greatest friend. All these years later, I still think about her every single day I miss you Anna 🥀

As a former EMS worker i can tell you in training we are told when entering intersections to proceed with caution. You never know who can't hear that siren. The life you save may be your own. Some guys and gals need to hear this more in training.

I always look both ways even when I have the green light…because of my caution, I’ve avoided a few potentially fatal accident (people speeding through red lights, and because I was extra cautious I avoided what otherwise would have been people plowing into my car at 40+ mph)

When I was 36 I decided to find my birth mother.I was adopted as a baby.I only knew the area my mother was from so I started at the cemetery.I found a grave with my mother's surname.However as I was leaving the graveyard I saw a photo/ picture of a young woman on a grave.The lady was my spitting image.However the name wasn't my mother's family name.I asked an elderly lady who came into the graveyard did she know who this lady was.Long story short.The lady in the photo was my mother's sister.She was married so had different surname.Armed with this information I found out my grandmother lived in the house up the road from the graveyard.She was 96 and still alive.I then met my birth mother and her entire family.So,it's very useful to have a photo on a grave.Without that photo of my aunt I would not have found my birth mother.I then found a brother I didn't know I had.We met and are still in touch today.His name is Christopher and my grandson who has been born since shared his name.☘️Love from Ireland and thank you

Hello Lamont. I am a retired medic. There are guideline EMS First Responders and Fire are supposed to follow to the letter and they are all vehicles are to yield to stop signs and red lights to check for traffic then they are proceed with caution through the intersection. I have done this many time. They are also to change to tone of the siren to draw attention to the vehicles. Unfortunately there are workers who let the moment take them over.....they do not follow the guidelines set before they.....like many people that drive they think laws do not apply to them. I am so sorry this beautiful life was taken. There is one more law too.......an emergency vehicle can go no more than 15 mph over the posted speed limit. so if it was 30.....45 is the max. I am a natl registered paramedic so I could work in 11 states including Tennessee.....I do live in Tenn. now further NE. these are Arkansas laws...but I think Tenn is much the same.....hope this helps you understand....also we have the same birthday. Susan-NREMT-Paramedic

The beauty of it all however is that they can mess with traffic laws all they want, however there are some laws which may never be broken and live to talk about. The laws of Physics.

Unfortunately this time the Emergency Vehicle driver had already turned off his lights and siren because said call was cancelled. Unfortunately he did not slow down and the intersection this happened on was very dangerous. Nikki was my best friend, also my cousin. She left behind 3 beautiful children. Same here. I’ve had friends die from OD’s and nothing was mentioned. Almost like the family was ashamed or something. I’ve also seen some obituaries where the family has made it well known what happened to bring the dangers of drugs to light to maybe save someone else’s loved ones life. The horrible stigma surrounding drug addiction and mental health needs to end. Until people feel comfortable speaking honestly about mental health and drug addiction things won’t change. Unfortunately mental health issues and drug addiction seem to go hand in hand speaking as a recovering heroin addict that’s battled major depression for decades...

Very beautiful cemetery and you did a wonderful job, as you always do, Lamont. I admire how you show so much respect for those who are no longer here, keeping their memory alive. I also felt drawn to Mileah, very beautiful lady. Maybe because her birthday was June 16th and mine is June 17th. Regardless, everyone has a story, a recognition that they all deserve. God Bless You 🙏❤🙏

I can believe what happened to Ms. Waldon. On my way home from work one night, an ambulance was on a call, but apparently forgot his lights and siren. Myself and the young lady in front of me were almost taken out by this ambulance. We had tons of witnesses who all said he blasted into the intersection with no lights or siren until he had to side step our wrecked cars in the intersection. My last thought when it happened was this guy is going to kill this lady in front of me. Love your videos and respectfully told information.

It is nice to put a face to gravestones for years no photos were present so only the immediate family knew their faces. It is akin to an "eternal selfie" presentation for life.

I love motorcycles,but wouldn't recommend them to no one in the cell phone era. Everyone is looking at their phones!

Sadly your right. So many times people have almost hit me as they drive and text too. Not just young people either.
@amylou72454 жыл бұрын
I agree with that but love to ride a well. My Fiance and I were almost hit while turning bc the car behind us driver was texting....my Fiance literally revved the bike so loud she jumped! People should really avoid their phone while driving!! Way too dangerous! I thought "It will just take a second" glanced at my phone while driving one day and nearly caused a bad bad accident....I've never looked while driving again!

Once you see someone dying with no skin left on their body at all from a motorcycle crash you just feel a little different about those things. You can see the blood shoot out as it pumps each time the heart beats. Yea.... I wish people wouldn’t ride them....... 🙏😞🥀

@@OGitGirlJess ugh, awful. My husband loves his Harley. Every time he rides he has a close call. It's scary...he's asked me to ride with him, but I won't. I don't want to leave 4 kids with two dead parents.

I feel for each and everyone of those people buried there. People need to realize that we still have a chance to fix our lives and do something with it and sadly these poor people are gone. They don't have a chance anymore. Very sad. The most important thing of all is money never really mattered.

I pulled up to a redlight within seconds of Troy Baldwin being hit and was stuck in my car at the scene because the road was blocked. I saw the van that hit him in the middle of the road and him lying right next to his bike. It was Mother's Day and all I could think about was his poor mother. I never met him, but have been terrified of motorcycles ever since I witnessed that scene. I can tell he was greatly loved.
