Hi, wondering if you would recommend getting a endoscopic rhizotomy ? Do you have any experience with people that have got this procedure ? Some doctors says it last only a little bit more than RFA and others said it permanent

It should last longer than a RFA but it’s more invasive. You have to do small incisions at each level rather than just a needle stick

I would advise against anyone offering to do without imaging. The guidelines specifically say its not covered without image guidance. Realistically, you cannot know your needle position is correct without imaging
