Peta, can you clarify how many reps to do in order to NOT overdo the exercise? It sounds like you said to only do 50 max for each level, but then you say something about doing this as a stand-alone exercise (which is always something you say not to do in Facerobics). So I'm confused. If we are doing all three levels, do we do 50, 100, 150 as per usual, or is this too many for the nose and will overdo it (as you said happened to you and you had to cut back). Thanks!

Hi. Really trying to master this move but stuggling a bit. You talk about how the lips should not move during this exercise- Which I think I have managed. But I am not sure if some of (or most) of the momvement I am making is currenlty coming from the eyebrows (and if that is a big no?). You did talk about using hand to stop frown line movement but you did not really mention eyebrows movment- and at the moment my eyebrows seem to be movng like crazy as I try to master this move (it might just be me as I am so new to facial exercies). Any thoughts/ clarrification would be great. Thanks

My personal experience: The point of my nose has been always deviated to the left. I’ve been doing Peta’s whole system for 5 years and I can tell it has diminished. Also, when we age, the point of the nose tends to go downwards. We can prevent this exercising these muscles. Thank you, Peta!!!!!!

It prevents it from drooping which happens when we are getting older. It not only prevents it, but actually reverses it. It was very effective for me and it works quickly.

Hi, I haven't explained how to do the exercise schedule. I start with level 1, for 5 days, then take a break for 2 days. Then I do level 2, for the same number of days, and the same rest time. Then I do level 3. After that, how do I maintain it so that it doesn't go back to its original form? Another thing I didn't expand on was that in the other video Dr Peta said I should only do the exercises until I liked the shape of my nose, because if I kept doing them, it would change shape, but if I'm satisfied with its shape before finishing the exercise schedule, what do I do? I just wanted to ask if I can find a series that includes an exercise for the corners of the mouth because I searched and can't find one.
