So the video is from 9+ years ago, and the presenter is talking about tests from 7 0r 8 years before. Yet no study, to my knowledge has since shown (confirmed) these results. They were using intravascular ultrasound back then; what would we find if we were to repeat this study using coronary angiography to check progress (a new technology which gives a much clearer view of the arteries)?

My LDL is 210 and my last three HsCRP values have been 0.07, 0.06, 0.09. My trigs/HDL is 1.3, and my remnant cholesterol is 14. For 24 months I've been keto, eating 80% fat. Old people with high HDL live longer, and have less cognitive decline. I'me 71 y.o. and I have regained my health without statins. I'me no longer T2D.

Why don't we hear about APOA1 at all anymore? It really seems that APOB has stolen the show these days. C-reactive protein is still a marker that is used quite often, though.
