I first tried it when I was on a 20hr fast and it was at 83 then after I ate I tested it again at 2hrs and it was at 87 then when I woke up it was about 23hrs into my fast it was at 74 then I ate and withing 10 minutes after I ate it was 90 then I checked it again at 30 minutes it was at 83 and at 2hrs after eating it was still at 83. I have to say this keto and fasting sure works but I've been doing healthy keto. All grass-fed grass finished beef and even my pork products are grass-fed and not fed hormones or anything unnatural and have no nitrates or sugars in them. I buy soy free eggs pastor raised and I cut out all grains and everyday I make a lettuce smoothie with 153g of romaine lettuce that is made through hydroponics and is natural as you can get it with unsweetened almond milk and 8 grams of chocolate protein powder for just the flavor. Dr. Berg, after being diagnosed with early stages of atherosclerotic heart disease ( today is 7-10-2023 ), I immediately had the CT Calcium Heart test. My score is a wonderful Zero. I am almost 79. However, my diagnosis says I Do have early Atherosclerotic heart disease. So, I have just learned by doing my own research that……calcium buildup and PLAQUE buildup are two separate issues. And that even though both can be diagnosed with a CT…….they are TWO DIFFERENT CT’s. I am not sure if the title of your video is simply clickbail, or if you are not aware that Calcium and Plaque are two separate things, because the title of your video says “ Plaque “ yet your speaking on the video is saying “ Calcium “. Please don’t mislead anyone. Today I am requesting the OTHER CT scan……for the PLAQUE. I am like a tiger when it comes to getting to the bottom of health problems. Warmly, Carol, from Atlanta. Dr. Berg, there is one very important thing that you have missed. If you want to get rid of plaque, stop eating sugar. I am not joking. After stopping the use of sugar, about four years ago. I noticed that the plaque had stopped growing on my teeth. It took only a week to notice the big change. However, back sliding on my diet, when I ate one third of a snickers bar, within fifteen minutes I could feel the plaque grow and it was growing very quickly. Going back on my no sugar diet, the plaque never grows on my teeth. After six months with no sugar at all, I found that the plaque wouldn't even grow after a one week trial of no brushing. The sugar is a super plaque food. I had spoken to two doctors about this. One said that the plaque in the veins is the same plaque that is on the teeth and the other is not. However, even if the plaque is different, the sugar is a super growth formula for plaque. The bottom line is, stop eating sugar.

I can only believe that this is because of the bacteria growth in my mouth. It has to be growth throughout my whole body. Thanks Dr. Berg for this info. One note regarding pets and garlic, though. I found out that all onions, garlic (hence many plants like allium, tulips, lilies, etc.), are toxic to dog’s and cat’s red blood cells. Many garden plants (like crocus, daffodils), are toxic in other ways, too, especially to those pets that like to taste them, or accidentally ingest them when eating grass.

Exactly. Why would he say give your pets garlic?
@kathyjames92502 жыл бұрын
@@lorilee1931 We have to do our own research for whatever we hear on the Internet, and not just accept it. I hope that people are not feeding their pets any onion/garlic related foods. Also I was surprised at how many common house plants and garden flowers are toxic to pets in various levels of toxicity. One of the worst is the beautiful Amaryllis lily. I used to grow them to bloom at Christmas. It doesn’t help that we have a daft cat that likes to sample all the leaves! One year I brought a beautiful geranium into the house to overwinter it, and she ate the leaves and then got locked in my daughter’s bathroom (thank goodness), as Kitty was sick and made a real mess in there!

Dogs can eat garlic, not onions
@danih7577 Жыл бұрын
@@elainep8873 Garlic, whether raw or cooked, is toxic to dogs. If a dog eats enough garlic, it can eventually kill them if they do not get medical treatment. Garlic, onions, and leeks are all in the Allium genus of plants. Dogs are not allergic to plants in this genus, but the plants contain N-propyl disulfides and thiosulfates.

Step number one is to avoid sugar. Fructose in amounts is very dangerous . It reacts about 7 times more with proteins than glucose. Blocking receptors as on lipo proteins transporting cholesterol. LDL will not be recognized by the liver and will ending up in the blood wessels. Insulin resistance will increase sugar in the blood. Fasting will help. But lowering sugars is the easiest first step. Then lowering the carbohydrates in general. Thanks Dr Berg for excellent videos.

I read that aged garlic helps to get rid of soft plaque, and vitamin c can get rid of cholesterol from your arteries, which works by healing the tears in the arteries which is the reason cholesterol is there in the first place. But not asorbic acid read vitamin c ( it usually comes in low dosage. I take it 3 times a day I can’t spell the name (crytua) but it’s best on an empty stomach since vitamin c competes with sugar. Also there’s a tip to flood your system with it to see how much u need for a daily dose. Ppl also say cuma cuma is a great way to get it. Google vitamin c scurvy/ arteries repair using vitamin c and a study should come up and the explanation of how it safely can get rid of plaque without causing unstable plaque since it’s doing it naturally.. best if luck

Dr Berg....would like your opinion on this statement from a review that I found on the dosage of K2-MK7 when there is Calcium build up in the arteries. Quote: However, with heart disease and atherosclerosis, it is not calcification which kills, it is the sudden blood clots which kill - blood coming into contact with EXPOSED soft plaque. NOT the calcification itself, which is a repeated healing 'scar tissue' process which forms a hard plaque cap over dangerous soft plaques (although it also narrows and stiffens the artery). Based on the above I would NOT do mega doses of both D3 (which ramps up the amount of Ca+ loving proteins for K2 to activate) and K2 to decalcify arteries, but would instead keep it in the normal range of 100-200μg Vitamin K2 and 1000-2000IU Vitamin D (25-50μg) daily. The D3->increased Ca+ collecting Proteins + K2 activation will be within normal limits, a process which should normally go on within a healthy body with the right amount of sunlight and diet so there should be no adverse effects of arterial decalcification exposing soft plaque staying in these limits. End Quote. If this is the case then will taking the lower dose of 100mcg have any effect on the Calcium in the arteries and would it still clear it in a safer way...how would this happen without the "clots" moving or does it just dissolve the clots. Thanks

I passed my stress test and I just had an angiogram to make sure that there isn’t any occlusion in my LAD.
