Tour guide said they were fine to swim with, they were freshies & showed us the trap that was set up on the way in to attract the bigger salties in case they came by, so no, small ones doesn't necessarily mean bigger ones are in the same water, bigger ones are actually caught & moved, little ones no-one bothers with, cause they don't cause any dramas. I actually tried to get a photo of 3 of the little ones, but they swam away as soon as I entered the water near them :( (and when I say "little" they were probably close to my body length in their length from nose to tip of tail, so much bigger than the one in the video, but mouths were still too small to eat me, so they didn't want to be near me)

I love how half the "Aussie idiots" are animals lol from the kangaroos jumping into cars & hitting glass doors, to the magpies swooping, to the chicken walking through the concrete. Gotta say, a couple of the humans interacting with the animals are being real idiots though! I mean seriously? a guy goes up to a wild fox & tries to pat it & is surprised it responds by biting him? lol The bunch of idiots at the rock pool with the huge waves would be backpackers though, Aussies aren't that stupid
@mehere80382 жыл бұрын

foxes dont usually bite people unless cornered/scared eetc. but that fox looked like it was starving plus it barely bit him at all
@mehere80382 жыл бұрын
@@MtlkatRacing yeh, looked like an exploratory nibble, just telling him he's hungry & asking for food, not actually "biting", can't imagine it broke the skin, just tried to let him know he's hungry & the foxes way of asking for food. I think most people, if a fox did that to them would think it was so sweet & obviously starving & pity it & go & find it some food to bring back to it. It's probably done that before & learnt that that's the way to communicate with humans that it wants food. This guy was just a dumb d1ck though, too clueless to be able to communicate with anyone (no doubt he's as bad at communicating with humans as he is with animals)

Foxes aren't the ones you have to worry about. Moose have the strongest venom in the animal kingdom but their fangs aren't long enough to pierce human skin.

@@LimitedCheetah that's actually just a myth. Moose only use their wings to attract a mate and then the female bites the males wings off after the egg sac is fertilized.
