It’s cause PayPal has fraud protection and cash app does not. She sent the money via paypal(cause you can cancel the transaction), asked her to send it back via cash app(cause you can’t cancel the transaction), and went on to PayPal and cancelled it. I know cause it’s happened to my stupid ass before. Lmao. IDFW cash app anymore because of that. No way to dispute it at all.
