The plaintiff was friends with the defendant for almost 40 years. He says he bought four cars for the defendant, but she kept crashing them. He’s suing for the balance of car loans, storage fees, and harassment. The defendant argues she has been paying the plaintiff back.

I bought each of my 4 kids their 1st car; paid their 1st month's insurance on my 'impeccably clean record' policy & paid for title & reg. They got what my blue collar income could afford; safe, sound, but not always the prettiest. They had no payments, I paid cash, & they could get to work until they could afford to trade that car up for something better. I'll NEVER do that for anyone else!🥰

I do do think that the tow truck business is a racket because my uncle got in a nasty accident and they took him to the hospital and it took him about five days to find his car and then they didn’t wanna release him because his wallet was in the car and somehow it wasn’t there anymore so he didn’t have an ID so it took even longer to get the car out. Plus it was totaled, but he still had to do all that to give it back to the insurance company.
