The plaintiff says the defendant is a sneaky real estate broker who promised to wipe out her bad credit so she could buy a house. She claims he stole thousands from her, so she’s suing. The defendant says after the deposit on a house was paid, the plaintiff’s mother died, so they could no longer use her credit score and the deal fell through. He’s countersuing for unpaid rent.

I work for a mortgage company and this was the messiest thing I've ever seen! We have people on our team that do credit repair and not once have they ever told a client that they need to go file a police report on liabilities that they think is fraud.
