A bit retcony for their second episode, but they did fix it in the next one, the Timmy Jimmy Power Hour 2, when Jorgen removed their invisibily to make sure they were less cocky in ttheir escapades And thinking about it, I think they also explained that the prison suit they wear in the second episode remove their magic abilities and flight. I would guess it also removes their invisibility too.

He doesn't want them to go on earth in the first place, he even states "no one escapes when I'm on guard duty", it's not like they have special permission on F13, it's just their "favourite holiday", "their christmas". They don't particulary care if people discovers them, that's why it's in Da Rules: the fairies put that rule to minimize the damages they could do but the anti-fairies turn this into an advantage against the mortals, possibly why Jorgen rips it later, to make them less cocky (and, really, to make it easier for the human characters to interact with them)

Honestly always thought it was lame that after Foop was born, the rest of anti-fairy world kind of vanished, besides one more episode where Foop didn't appear. I feel like it could have been a much more fun an interesting dynamic if Foop and Anti-Cosmo actually worked together more, or even interacted more, but instead Foop became completely detached from the whole Anti-Fairy thing and Anti-Fairies were pretty much forgotten for the rest of the original series.

Anti-Jorgen is the exact opposite of Jorgen meaning him and his family are weak, small and fragile with no backbone. He is probably the farthest from leader material besides Anti-Wanda. Meanwhile Cosmo would be the farthest from leader material in Fairy World therefore his Anti-counterpart would be the best fit for the role
