I've got two fun bits of trivia for ya! First, there was originally a quest to get the key to Celestia before it released. This quest was REALLY HARD. It involved a dungeon featuring some of the most difficult fights in the game. The dungeon was SO HARD that the devs made the quest optional, then removed it entirely. Second, the Selena Gomez crossover led to one of my favorite video game patch notes of all time. After a patch one day, long after the end of the Selena Gomez event, her NPC model reappeared in the Storm School. She couldn't be interacted with, but she was there! The devs patched this of course, noting: "The ghost of Selena Gomez past will no longer appear in the Storm school."

I think this specific tower was called “The SGS Warehouse” in Regent’s Square. There was a final quest to get the spiral key for celestia……..except it was also just so disgustingly hard with first instances of extreme cheating bosses

As someone who played the Selena Gomez side quest, there WAS a nod to Wizards of Waverly Place. The whole reason she was kidnapped was to become the Wizard Queen for the crabs, because they had seen her play Alex Russo. (I don't remember if they called her Alex. It would be funny if they did). She tries to explain the mixup, saying she's an actress and has her album to release, but they don't heed her. At the end, she thanks you and tells you to keep an eye out for her album.

With regards to the titans, I think the implication is that there’s the fire titan, ice titan, & storm titan who spawned the dragons, frost giants, & tritons in their own images. The spawns of the titans are the ones you summon. At least, that’s how I interpreted it.

So Epic Fun Fact: Around a few years ago, the devs ran a Spell Card audit, basically going back to balance old spells and making them stronger or weaker to make a more conductive gameplay experience whilst going through the story. Notably for Balance, they increased Power Nova's (the Level 48 spell) damage to around 645-700ish iirc while removing its attack debuff, and DEBUFFED Ra to slightly above Power Nova's original strength and giving it the original -50% damage debuff Power Nova had. Meaning Belloq used to be HARDER if he isn't still annoying with that added debuff to Ra.

Notably, that episode _isn't_ actually filler; it's a showcase of Fire Nation sentiment about the Gaang, and basically the only instance of Aang/Katara romance building (which a lot of people have soured on due to Zuko/Katara being much more fleshed out). If we're looking for filler in TLA, the only actual example is the compilation episode of "what's everyone doing in the Earth Kingdom," which has a bunch of character moments but is ultimately pointless in the overall plot.

The characters and even enemies all have so much visible personality for an MMO Actually, those ads didn't even show anything that'd give you a feel of what kinda game it even is. For all I knew, it could've been a boring math game with a wizard theme

Even though he was the oldest villain, I think Malistaire is the best villain. His motivations are relatable to anyone who has lost a loved one. You’d understandably would want to do anything to bring them back from death. Morganthe, Grandfather Spider, and the Paradox are all prophetical threats. They’re scary because of how much of a threat has been foretold by prophecy… but Malistaire used to be just a normal person, who went mad after losing his wife. Addition: did you know that the story writers and voice actor originally wanted to keep Malistaire dead… but higher ups told them “no, bring him back to life and have the Wizard fight him again.” Despite some protest the writers submitted and hastily wrote Malistaire back into the plot for Azteca. Unsurprisingly fans and players were more confused than excited to see malistaire again, so the higher ups gave the writers permission to kill him off (again). It’s never a good idea to bring back a character who is meant to die at the end of their arc. Malistaire should have stayed dead, even if he is my favorite villain. His redemption arc was his death and meeting Sylvia in the afterlife. He didn’t need another arc.
